We’re here to get you moving!
We offer a variety of class styles from a quick midday stretch to a sweaty intense cardio burn.
Class lengths are a mix of 15, 30 and 45 minutes so you can eliminate “I don’t have time” from your excuse repertoire.
Classes are designed to be done with minimal props or props that can be made with household items such as:
* beach towel or blanket
* wood block or large book
* light weights or soup cans
* yoga strap or skipping rope
